What is ŠKODA Drive Assure?
Škoda Drive Assure is an add-on product that complements basic Motor Insurance and provides peace of mind. The product has been designed keeping in mind requirements and financial impact to customers. The product is a unique and specially designed for Škoda customers with unique and special coverage.
ŠKODA Drive Assurance Is Available In Two Variants –
- Drive Assure Economy
- Drive Assure Elite
Drive Assure Economy
- Depreciation Shield – It covers depreciation amount, partly or wholly, or assessed damaged parts that are allowed for replacement during servicing in the event of partial loss to the insured vehicle.
- Engine and Gearbox Protector – This one covers consequential damage to engine through water ingression and damage to the gearbox through leakage of lubricating oil.
Drive Assure Elite
- Depreciation Shield – It covers depreciation amount, partly or wholly, or assessed damaged parts that are allowed for replacement during servicing in the event of partial loss to the insured vehicle.
- Engine and Gearbox Protector – This one covers consequential damage to engine through water ingression and damage to the gearbox through leakage of lubricating oil.
- Return to Invoice/Vehicle Replacement – It covers the difference between IDV of the car in Motor Insurance Policy and ex-showroom price of the vehicle. It also involves the cost of extensive motor insurance policy on the new car replaced and the cost of registration, including road tax applicable for the same model.
- Alloy Wheel Coverage – The elite assurance covers the cost of replacing alloy wheel rim(s) if the alloy wheels are deformed or damaged.
- Personal Accident Coverage – The assurance compensates the occupants of the car for death or permanent disability arising out of an unfortunate event while travelling in the insured vehicle. The maximum sum insured is Rs.2,00,000 per passenger.
